Traig Oughton was downright dominant in day one of the PG West World Series. Through four full innings pitched, he struck out 11 while giving up just one hit and one walk. With simple and repeatable mechanics, his short and quick arm action comes up to a high three-quarters slot. His fastball sat 80-83 mph and he pounded the zone with consistent strikes. Hitters had a very tough time catching up to his fastball as his quick arm action makes it play up that much more.
