Jacob Mader-Cooper (2024, Pearland, Texas) has an intriguing combo of stuff and good mechanics on the mound. He has a clean delivery with easy arm action and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot. It’s a smooth operation with some athleticism that should allow him to continue to have solid command. His fastball sat in the upper-80s throughout his four-inning outing (topped at 90) and he showed feel to spin a breaking ball. It’s a power breaker that sat upper-70s with tight rotation and some teeth to it. Mader-Cooper is currently uncommitted.
