ABOUT At Westbury Christian School, our mission is to provide each student with the opportunity to acknowledge and respond through faith to the word of God while participating in an educational program, which stresses academic, social, emotional and physical development.

In 2021, the WCS Wildcats Baseball Program committed starting the process of growing and developing the program that will provide guaranteed long-term success into high school. Coach Matt Murphy took his youngest players (10U & 11U) and developed a tournament team to gain valuable success during the summer and fall when there is not a middle school season.

The team mentality is not always about winning. It is about teaching players that if they give everything they have on the field, have a great work ethic, and great attitude; they will be successful. Providing players with proper mechanics, knowledge on baseball situations, and maintaining strict pitch counts will eventually translate into the teams success not only on the field, but in the classroom, and in our community. 

The WCS Wildcat Tournament team is dedicated to Faith, Family, and Community. It is all about teaching the players "life" in a fun atmosphere and through the game of baseball.
