Dominic Altobelli -- Altobelli is a angular and wiry junior infielder from Illinois who hit the ball well down in Fort Myers. He has a chance to add some strength to his 6-2 frame, which will just make him better yet. Altobelli has balance and leverage in his swing and generates solid college level bat speed. He particularly showed us the ability to cover the outside half of the plate and drive the ball with some authority to the opposite field. Altobelli has good feet on defense, along with solid hand actions and some arm strength. He profiles out well to third base in the future, especially if his bat and overall physical strength continue to develop. Altobelli is an outstanding student. Good "05" prospect.
