William Medina is a 2009 MIF with a 5'10'', 155 lb. frame from North Lauderdale, FL who attends Taravella HS. Long limbed loose build. Flashy defensive SS, very smooth, easy balanced actions, quick release, enough arm strength. Long swing, front side early, long/high finish, developing bat speed. Glove will carry as he gets stronger. Also pitches, FB to 81 mph. Good student. He was named to the top prospect team at this event.
