Logan Rodriguez is a 2024 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Lewisville, NC who attends West Forsyth. Well developed physical, strong frame with athletic movements and power potential in all aspects of the game. Primary position 1B, showing clean glove actions securing the ball and solid all around feel around the bag. Understands angles and worked through reps appropriately. Strong, accurate arm with velocity up to 76 mph across the diamond. Secondary RHP, using a side step to begin delivery and using a nice deliberate cadence throughout the process. Works into a high 3/4 arm angle, creating late sinking action on his FB that sat in the low-80's and peaked at 83 mph. SL in the low-to-mid 70's with depth and firmness to it. Worked 3 quality innings in game action and played impressively well in the outfield as well. RHH working from an open stance with active hands that did cause the occasional timing concern but there is real strength in his hands. When on time he showed loud, online contact in the middle of the field and displayed longterm power projection. Outstanding student and is a two-way potential athlete down the line.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
