Jake Rodriguez is a 2010 MIF/3B with a 5'10'', 175 lb. frame from Elk Grove, CA who attends Elk Grove HS. Solid compact build. Showed good hands in the IF, good arm strength, works hard, made a good jumping catch at 2B going back. Hits from high hand set, square stance, showed good power to both sides of the field, solid hitting mechanics over all. Hard working player who plays the game the right way. Highest level. Good student, verbal to Oregon State.
