Kyle Smith is a 2006 right handed pitcher form Louisville, OH with a very projectable MLB type body at 6-6, 190 lbs. He pitches from a 3/4 slot with very solid pitching mechanics. His arm works well and he has a low effort easy delivery. He stays tall and throws downhill with good leverage. His fastball tops at 88 mph with slight armside run. His curveball shows a hard 10-4 break at 72 mph with good depth. His change is at 75 mph and shows decent sinking action. He is a very solid prospect with big time potential and he is a definite follow for 2006. Kyle is a good student.
