Drew Tolson is a 2012 RHP/IF with a 6'0'', 155 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Second Baptist School. Tolson has a lean frame with room to add strength, 3/4 arm slot, short arm action with good arm speed, quick worker, strike thrower, young arm with good potential, velocity should increase with strength and growth, showed a straight change, hits from a slightly open stance, pull approach, contact hitter, plays hard, good speed (6.82 sixty), defensively has a quick transfer and release, works through ball. Tolson is also an excellent student.
