Joseph Randall is a 2012 RHP/SS with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Bristol, CT who attends St Paul Catholic. Lean, athletic build with lots of room to fill out. Good athlete who ran a 6.94 sixty yard dash. Arm works well, aggressive delivery with some deception. Clean mechanics, online with them and repeats. Consistent mid-80s velocity, topping at 87. Strike thrower whose out pitch was 11/5 slurvy breaking ball at 74. He had good feel for the pitch and was able to throw it ahead and behind in the count. Good feel for pitching. Will benefit from addition of changeup. Interesting arm to watch. Good student.
