Francis Rodriguez is a MIF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from , DOM who attends E.C. Pepillo Salcedo. Lean athletic build, wiry strength. Athletic MIF actions, good range, quick feet, moves through the ball well, live body. Showed quick hands at the plate with solid bat speed. Squared ball up well, line drives to all fields, goes other way well on outside pitches, has some pop. Needs to refine approach and work count to be successful in pro ball, has the tools to be successful.
