Dazmon Cameron is a 2015 OF with a 6-1 186 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Eagle's Landing Christian Academy. Very strong well proportioned athletic build. 6.61 runner, shows easy plus speed and acceleration on the bases, outstanding base running instincts and aggressiveness. Right handed hitter, open to closed approach, easy low effort swing, controlled swing with explosive bat speed and hand strength, very repeatable mechanics, drives the alleys hard, will lead leagues in triples some day with RCF gap shots, loud hard consistent contact. Good arm strength with accurate throws, can improve footwork but release is quick, centerfield defensive tools. Verbal commitment to Florida State. Selected for the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
