Adam Rapp is a 2015 C/RHP with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Burlington, NJ who attends Northern Burlington HS. Lean extra large build, good present strength with more to come. Left handed hitter, upright open stance, fluid rotational swing with quick hands, moves into contact well, has good balance and squares the ball up well, aggressive hitter, ball comes off the barrel well, could extend better through contact for additional power, good hitting tools to develop. Receives the ball well behind the plate, good hands, has arm strength, will have to improve foot quickness and release mechanics to stay behind the plate. Also pitched, high 3/4's arm slot, good low effort mechanics. Fastball topped out at 83 mph, some arm side running action, shows some spin and depth to his 11/5 breaking ball. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect Team.
