Kyle Swanson is a 2015 C/UT with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Montgomery, TX who attends Montgomery HS. Tall and slender athletic build, lots of physical projection and potential to get stronger. 6.83 runner, very versatile defensive player who can play all over the field, has quick actions behind the plate with a quick release and good arm strength, high energy actions but stays consistent with his footwork. Skills can improve at all positions with more repetitions but athleticism stands out. Left handed hitter, spread stance with a wrapped start, loose extended swing swing with some lift out front, flashes good hand quickness, increased future strength will impact him the most on offense. Outstanding student.
