Cody Campbell is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Naperville, IL who attends Naperville Central HS. Big strong build, very mature look. Works from stretch, drop and drive delivery, uses lower half well, full arm circle, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 90 mph, mostly 86-88, occasionally cuts fastball but mostly straight, gets more life on fastball to left handed hitters, flashed good spin on curveball with sweeping slurve type shape, rare change up. Delivery style tends to leave pitches flat unless he is at the bottom of the zone. Good raw arm strength to develop. Good student, signed with Minnesota.
