Ross Mintzer is a 2014 RHP/ with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Voorhees, NJ who attends Chestnut Hill Academy. Medium, athletic build, still looks young. Ran a 7.68 60 yard dash. Ran a 7.68 60 yard dash. Right-handed thrower, works from a three-quarter arm slot and has an easy delivery. Repeats well and gets downhill, arm action is smooth. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, gets big arm side movement and sink on his fastball. Stays around the zone with his slider and changeup as well. Changeup shows good sinking action. Three pitch mix with more velocity on the way.
