James Garcia is a 2015 MIF with a 6-2 172 lb. frame from Chino, CA who attends Ayala HS. Slender athletic build, minimal present strength, projects well. Very sound defensive actions at second base, good footwork and balance, quick hands and release, can turn the double play, arm strength still developing. Right handed hitter, smooth low effort swing, line drive plane, squares the ball up to the middle of the field, loose high finish, will keep improving with additional strength. Young player with actions and skills to develop.
