CJ Edmond is a 2014 OF/RHP, 2B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Johns Creek. Has a projectable large lean frame with an athletic build. Throws from a lower arm angle in the outfield with an arm that works well, good arm strength and an accurate arm with online carry. Has a quick transfer and release at second base with a smooth glove and turned a nice double play in one of the games. Displayed a short quick swing with line drive contact, keeps his hands inside the ball well with good bat speed. Has a sound approach with good pitch recognition, hits to all fields and does a good job of going with the pitch. Is a good student.
