Mason Studstill is a 2016 3B/RHP with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Titusville, FL who attends Rockledge HS. Very strong athletic build, fairly mature physically. Right handed hitter, uses his strength well and has outstanding raw power, moves in hard to contact with a power approach, is well timed and the ball explodes off the barrel, big pull side carry, hit a batting practice home run to the right of the scoreboard at Terry Park, which is rarely done, potential impact bat. 7.56 runner, moves well for his size at third base with clean actions at the ball and soft hands, has a quick release and makes strong, accurate throws, has the tools to stay at third base at the next level. Did not pitch at this event but has been up to 91 on the mound this year. Good student, signed with Miami.
