Ricardo Bautista is a 2013 OF/3B/SS with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Vega Alta, PR who attends Carlos Bertran Baseball Academy. Nice athletic build, solid present strength. Versatile defensive player, 6.69 runner, plays both outfield and third base, has tools at each position, very good arm strength, may have higher ceiling at third base, good actions and agility in the infield, can improve outfield jumps/reads. Left handed hitter, has strength in his swing, line drive plane with good loose extension, has bat speed, ball jumps hard, aggressive game swings. Also pitched, simple step and throw mechanics, high 3/4's slot, fastball topped out at 83 mph, threw strikes, quick inning.
