Austin Reich is a 2015 RHP/3B with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Saint Francisville, LA who attends Livonia HS. Tall slender build, minimal upper half strength. Rotational drop and drive delivery, lots of moving parts with effort on release, repeats well considering complexity, has deception, low 3/4's arm slot. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, have seen at 90 mph since, nice running life at times. Big sweeping curveball with 10/4 depth, showed some feel for a change up with arm side sink. Worked quickly and induced many swing/misses when throwing strikes, deception is a plus. Good student.
