Will Sarsen is a 2016 C/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Fleming Island, FL who attends Fleming Island HS. Medium athletic build with loose actions and some present strength. Quick actions behind the plate, gains ground well in his footwork, very good arm with carry and accuracy, 1.81 pop time in drills, has the tools to be a very good defensive catcher. Right handed hitter, short line drive swing with a limited shift into contact, has hand quickness, keeps his mechanics and timing simple, squares the ball up well, especially on the inner half, will reach away at times, high average approach with flashes of gap power. Solid all around athlete. Very good student. Named to the Showcase All Prospect Team.
