Colin Adams is a 2017 C/3B with a 5-11 183 lb. frame from Upper Chichester, PA who attends Caravel Academy. Broad shoulders with solid build. Hits from a square stance with high hands. Smooth load of hands, line drive swing plane with a short path to ball. Has strength in body. Ball will jump off barrel. Creates leverage at contact, best power is to pull side. Shows good bat speed . Defensively, solid catch in throw skills, sets up low with quick transfer and release. Gains ground with lower 1/2 and gets on top of throws. Throws are accurate. Has tools to develop behind plate. Good Student. Named to Top Prospect List.
