Aaron Portee is a 2015 OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Lumberton, NJ who attends Rancocas Valley Regional. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and lean, projects frame. Superb runner, posted a 6.57 60 yard dash. Uses speed well in the outfield, attacks and moves well to the ball, big crow hop to gain momentum, long arm action, flashes raw strength, throws show carry, works through the ball nicely. Left handed hitter, starts with an open, narrow base and uses a leg lift trigger. Short swing, flashes hard contact to pull side, gets out on front foot early at times, creates line drive contact. Good student, named to National Underclass Session 3 Top Prospect List and Team.
