Dylan Lester is a 2016 RHP/ with a 6-2 187 lb. frame from Brenham, TX who attends Brenham. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and a lean, projectable frame with room to add strength, sound frame for pitcher. Ran a 7.38 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, shows a long arm action through the back with a traditional three-quarter release. High leg lift above belt with slight hip turn at top, gathers over rubber and build momentums, incorporates lower half well and drives towards the plate. Shows fluidity and arm speed to path, ran fastball up to 89 mph flashing running life to arm side with the ability to locate to both corners, particularly glove side. Sliders showed tilting life with 10-4 shape at 76 mph. Flashed curveball as well, release point still developing, shows 11-5 shape with depth at times. Projects well all around. Verbal commitment to Houston. Named to South Top Prospect List. Good student.
