Nate Rombach is a 2019 C/3B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Arlington, TX who attends Mansfield Legacy HS. Big and strong athletic build, still has some physical projection remaining. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a simple hand load, line drive swing plane, has present bat speed and can impact the ball when he's out front, strong wrists, can get a bit downward in his swing plane at times and loose his leverage. Has improved his actions and athleticism behind the plate, efficient actions for his size and tries to be compact, makes very accurate throws, also plays first base. Good student, verbal commitment to Texas Tech.
