Haydon Huff is a 2020 MIF/OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Riverside, CA who attends Woodcrest Christian. Long athletic build. Primary infielder, approaches the ball well. Shows ability to adjust to initial reads. Fields out in front, exchanges quickly and finds good carry across the diamond. Good range into either hole. From the outfield, athletic actions, reads the ball well, looks the part. Follows through throws and makes accurate throws to all bags. At the plate, has a crouched wide stance with a simple leg lift trigger. Hands are quick and compact. Barrel gets on plane quick and extends through the zone. High contact, consistently takes the barrel to the baseball. Excellent student with a 3.94 GPA.
