Raynel Delgado is a 2018 SS/2B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Miami Lakes, FL who attends Mater Academy Charter. Projectable athletic build, good present strength with plenty of room for more. Switch hitter, same approach and swing from both sides, has a bit better bat speed from the right side, legit switch hitting tools with bat speed from both sides, very quick hands and a direct path, flashes some lift. 6.74 runner, has quick feet and good footwork on defense, quick hands and release, can make the athletic play. Very projectable player who is going to keep improving as he gets stronger. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida International.
