Robert Cedeno is a 2019 RHP with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from San Juan, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Big and strong athletic build. High 3/4's to over the top arm slot with an easy and loose arm action, tended to rush his delivery early but really settled down nicely once he stayed on his back side and got timed. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, worked up and down with his fastball well, gets nice heavy sink down in the zone and can ride it up. Quality curveball with big 12/6 downer life at times, hard spin and good bite. Developing feel for his change up. Two solid present pitches in his fastball and curveball and throws strikes.
