Joshua DelSignore is a 2016 C/3B, OF, 1B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Sutton, MA who attends St Peter Marian Central Catholic HS. Extra-large, tall athletic frame with long limbs, high waist and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.16 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, receives the ball well out front, shows a short arm action with nice present strength down to second base, quickness and balance to overall actions while getting rid of it quickly out of glove. Moves well to the ball in the outfield and works through it, fields the ball out front, comes out of hand cleanly from similar short arm action and strength on throws. Projects for more with continued incorporation of lower half. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide stance and uses a toe tap trigger for timing. Starts with hands pulled back, line drive swing plane with a short path to the ball. Glides into contact with weight shift, keeps hands in on swing and shows good bat speed coming through the zone with contact to pull side. Good student.
