Evan Blum is a 2017 C/1B with a 6-0 192 lb. frame from Bethesda, MD who attends Georgetown Prep. Large frame with some present strength. Looks the part behind the plate. Shows decent arm strength and solid footwork behind the plate, gains ground well in throws. Also plays corner infield positions. Left handed hitter, works from slightly open stance with high hand set. Uses the entire field and flashed hard pullside contact with some strength in swing. Very good student.
