Caden Miller is a 2019 SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Newhall, CA who attends Bishop Alemany HS. Medium athletic build. Quick athletic actions, can see him running in the 6.60-6.70 area in the sixty. Switch-hitter, swing approach and bat speed more advanced at present from the left side, is short and quick to the ball with some looseness to his hands, hits the ball to all fields and can reach the gaps. More of an inside, opposite field contact oriented approach right handed. Second base profile and arm strength defensively, fields the ball out front with soft quick hands, compact arm action and can throw accurately from multiple arm slots. Excellent student, verbal commitment to San Diego State.
