Logan Adams is a 2021 RHP/IF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Arcadia, FL who attends Desoto County HS. Logan is a broad shouldered, well-proportioned athletic player. Although he shows talent on the infield and at the plate, his future is on the mound. His athleticism is highlighted by a commendable 7.33 60-yard dash. On the hill, Logan shows four, plus pitches, that are very projectable. He uses a shorter takeaway and an extended finish. He repeats his simple mechanics routinely. He pitches off of his well-located and active fastball that was clocked between 86-88 mph. He is especially good pitching to the arm side inner half. His 69-mph curveball shows 12-to-6 rotation and late depth. His 74-mph slider is more cutter-like and he uses it to bore in on LHH. Lastly, his 77-mph change-up shows tumble and depth at the dish. On the infield, Logan shows skills that probably translate better to third base . He has sure feet and a steady glove and his 84-mph across the field velocity is also impressive. At the dish - Logan uses a wider base and an ability to consistently get his barrel to solid contact. He shows plus pull-side power potential. In the classroom, Logan is also an excellent student.
