2020 PG Underclass All American Games
Kameron Douglas is a 2022 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends Woodstock. Long and lean athletic build with lots of physical development remaining. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with limited lower half shift into contact, rotational upper body swing, has present bat speed and the ball comes off the barrel hard, has rhythm in his load and trigger, showed some lift and carry to the right centerfield gap, projects very well as a hitter as he gets stronger and gets more lower half into his swing. Didn't run the sixty but has run 6.99 in the past. Arm works well in the outfield with good loose whip, works through the ball well, showed his athleticism well defensively. Also pitched, full hands over the head delivery, rotational delivery with a shorter arm action that he showed in the outfield, tends to land open with his front side, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, showed some spin and depth on his curveball, flashed a nice change up that got him an out. Good young athlete who is going to keep improving. Good student.
