Harrison Golden is a 2022 3B/RHP/UT with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Sugarland, TX who attends Stephen F Austin HS. Slender frame, long legs and high waist, with room to add strength and size. 8.11 runner with solid fundamental actions in the field, shows the ability to charge the ball and read hops. Throws accurately from a high arm slot and displayed the ability to comfortably play around the bag at first. Showed the ability to make adjustments at the plate while utilizing an up-the-middle to pull side approach. Flashes projectability in the bat with improved timing. Also pitches, displaying tempo in his delivery with a slight crossfire step to the plate. Reaches an extended release point out front through a high 3/4 arm slot. Fastball topped at 75 mph, while mostly-straight, would show occasional cut action. Curveball was primarily shaped 11/5 and he showed the ability to land both pitches consistently in the strike zone.
