Schuyler Sandford is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-6 210 lb. frame from St. Augustine, FL who attends Bartram Trail. Extra big and long body with plenty of projection remaining. Full hands over head delivery with a long arm takeaway in back, long and loose through release, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 95 mph, gets good carry up in the zone and some sink down. Big sweeping slurve type breaking ball, lands the pitch well and is effective when mixing his pitches, can add more power to his breaking ball or break it into two separate pitches. Didn't show a change up. Verbal commitment to Florida. Named to the Perfect Game All-American Classic Team.
