Carson Ramocinski is a 2021 SS/RHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Windsor, CA who attends Windsor High School. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves around the ball well and shows momentum through transfer and release, nice range going to the hole, hands play out front and shows quickness to transfer, can make the deep throw and shows accuracy across the diamond on throws, arm strength will continue to develop. Also pitched, simple delivery and gets tall on backside with a leg lift up to belt, lands slightly closed with strike foot while staying compact with arm action and tight with release from a three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, shows short sinking life down in the zone. Tight spin to breaking ball and shows command; mixed changeup often and showed comfort with the pitch, threw strikes with three pitches. Righthanded pitcher, begins with an even base and a high back elbow in the box and utilizes a full shift moving into contact while creating torque. Loads hands back at start of swing, utilizes a middle of the field approach and stays linear with swing path, can continue to implement additional extension out front.
