Chase Crawford is a 2023 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Denham Springs, LA who attends The Dunham. Recorded a 6.95 second sixty yard dash time, showcasing good speed. Medium frame with a wiry build and plenty of room to fill. Primary shortstop, turns the hips and plays through the ball well. Feel for the glove present, good defensive actions, moves with fluidity. Short arm action with accurate throws, clean round and a nice showing overall. Right-handed hitter with a wide stance and a high hand and back elbow set. Utilizes a toe tap trigger and a barrel tip load, shows a pull side approach with a linear bat path. Has some juice for his size with feel for the barrel present. Solid showing in BP as well. Has the skills to really improve as he continues to grow and get stronger. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
