2023 Sophomore National Showcase (2026 Grads)
Will Holden is a 2026 C/1B/3B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Advance, NC who attends West Forsyth. Recorded a 7.62 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a tall and lean frame. Began from a low set behind the dish and repeated well. Used a short takeback and gained ground well with excellent arm strength. Recorded a 1.91 pop time and throws up to 79 mph in drills. Right-handed hitter and starts from a narrow base with a high back elbow and hands. Employs hovering leg lift, lags the barrel really well and generates good whip. Fires hips on time, creates length and the power projects well moving forward. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
