Brennan Orf is a 2020 3B/RHP, 1B, OF with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Wildwood, MO who attends Westminster Christian Academy. Extra large frame with present strength in build and broad shoulders. Ran a 7.02 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary third baseman. Fields out front with soft hands into a quick transfer. Maintains momentum well towards the bag. Gets on top of the ball when throwing topping out at 80 miles per hour. Also worked out from the outfield. Short strides to the ball with a deliberate close. Fields to the side with a clean funnel up. Full arm action with strong carry to the infield. Could incorporate the lower half more and increase carry on throws topping out at 85 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with an even stance and a short trigger for timing. Short and compact path to contact with a longer finish. Line drive path through the zone with some present bat speed. Gets out front and looks to pull the ball. Creates some leverage with rotational actions. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a short side step delivery into a small leg lift. Slower pace to delivery with balance throughout. Throws from an over the top slot with some sinking action on the fastball at 84 miles per hour. Sharp 11-to-5 curveball with feel for both pitches around the knees. Very good student as well.
