AJ Scott is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from New Albany, OH who attends New Albany. Very long and lean frame with plenty of room to fill. Ran a 7.61 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, starts with a simple side step into a high leg kick, well balanced over the back leg and loads on the back side well, long arm action through a high three-quarters slot, creates some cut to the fastball and sequences his secondaries well while maintaining good arm speed. Did not work out defensively. Right-handed hitter, loads on the back side well, moves in well to contact, shows some hand and bat speed with a swing that projects, handles the barrel well and creates hard contact to the pull side.
