Long, lanky frame with a high waist, square shoulders and plenty of time to fill out. Primary right-handed pitcher that works from a full windup with a deliberate pace to it, higher leg lift into balance and shorter stride out to foot strike. Strike thrower with developing command and some arm-side run to his fastball. Worked in the upper-60s for most of his outing, topping out at 72 mph from a three-quarters arm slot. Mixed in sweeping breaking ball that varied in shape and showed best when thrown with conviction and out in front. Secondary infielder with a developing defensive skill set. Flashed some lateral range to either side, fairly clean funnel out in front and longer arm action into release. Recorded arm strength up to 64 mph across the diamond. Took part in the outfielders portion of the defensive workout as well and displayed deliberate footwork into the fielding process. Fields with two-hands off to the side, maintains momentum into release and recorded arm strength up to 67 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an upright, slightly open stance with a tight hand set, high back elbow and a leg lift trigger. Lofted stroke with rotational lower half mechanics and developing bat-to-ball skills. Slightly elongated swing path with middle and pullside contact. Occasional line drive impact when on-time, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.
