Derek Donahue is a 2019 SS/2B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Norton, MA who attends Norton. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.59 seconds. Hits from balanced stance with even base, lengthy stride into hitting, leg lift trigger, hands stay compact throughout and create inside-out path, opposite field-oriented, had good success in hitting the ball in that direction. Worked out in the infield, moves well and shows range, fields cleanly and works through the ball, clocked up to 79 mph with accurate throws.
