Sawyer Toney is a 2021 RHP/1B with a 6-4 215 lb. frame from Lithia, FL who attends Lakeland Christian HS. Large frame with physical projection remaining on the frame. Primary righthanded pitcher who only pitched during the event. Long arm action from a three-quarters slot. Quick delivery with a higher leg lift and lands online. Upright finish and shows good control and command. Will throw across his body at times. Shows three pitches that he can land for strikes. Breaking ball shows tight spin with 10/4 break and some biting action. Will improve with added incorporations to his lower half usage. Good student.
