Cam Jantz is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Higley. Large frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 6.93 seconds. Hits from wide-based stance with high back elbow, simple load back, direct path with present bat speed and middle-field approach, can work the gaps, projects for power in a big way, up to 86 mph exit velo off tee. Worked out in the outfield, good athleticism with clean movements, tends to stand straight up out of fielding, quality arm strength, clocked up to 84 mph on throws. Also pitched, medium-length stride with high 3/4 arm slot, good angles to the plate, fastball worked up to 83 mph, showed curveball with good depth and fading changeup as well. Projects in all facets, Named to 2022 Sunshine Southwest Top Prospect List, very good student.
