Austyn Winkleblech is a 2023 OF/RHP, MIF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Canonsburg, PA who attends Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Medium height with slender hips and easy room to bulk. Rana 6.59 in the 60 yard dash. A primary outfielder, quick feet and aggressive to the ball. Works through the ball well with good glove placement and solid angles. The arm plays with accuracy. A switch hitter. RH-starts wider with a quick launch and stays above the ball working down to back spin. LH-higher hands with a deep vertical tilt to the barrel. Stays inside the ball and shows lift when extended. A secondary pitcher, full arm stroke with some whip at release. Solid arm speed, using good tempo in the delivery. Sweeping slider with late lateral bite. Excellent student.
