Maxamillion Martin is a 2023 1B/C with a 5-8 200 lb. frame from Franklin, WI who attends Franklin. Recorded an 8.06 second 60 yard dash time. Thick build with present strength. Primary first baseman, fields it out front with two hands, lets the ball get deep on him at times. Developing glove and foot work at present, good transfer and clean round overall, gets the job done. Struggles to bring the backside through on the throws at times, causing inconsistencies in the release point. Right-handed hitter with a narrow stance and quiet approach. Fires the hips well and shows quickness to the hands with present bat speed. Good balance and extension, aggressive swinger, stayed up the middle well and produced solid contact with flashes of power potential in live at bats. Great student.
