Tyler Wick is a 2025 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends St. Augustine. Medium athletic build with good length and physical projection. Right handed hitter, still hand start, gets hand separation early in his swing, well timed leg lift trigger, has some lift in his swing, middle of the field approach, has some developing bat speed with more to come. 7.55 runner, fields the ball cleanly out front and gets his glove down early, rounds the ball well, 3/4's arm slot with some on line carry across the diamond. Also pitched, has a compact delivery that stays on line well, good use of his lower half, high 3/4's arm slot, sound fundamental mechanics that he repeats well. Fastball topped out at 77 mph, moves his fastball around with some intent, some spin and depth to his curveball, threw strikes with weak ground ball contact. Good student.
