2022 Pitcher / Catcher Indoor Showcase
Anthony Ferrara is a 2023 C/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Lockport, IL who attends Lockport Township East. Lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Good athlete behind the plate defensively, has quickness to his hands and feet, comes out of his crouch well, tends to stand straight up to throw, has good arm strength with some on line carry, received the ball well in live action and worked both sides of the plate well with his glove. Right handed hitter, hits from a relaxed narrow base with a high front leg load, foot is late getting down at times, swings hard and is looking to impact the ball, gets some jump off the barrel when he's timed and out front. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
