2023 National Showcase
Mitch Wilson is a 2024 C/1B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Pauline, SC who attends Dorman. Big and strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, has a busy and deep hand load, tends to leak early to his front side, works uphill to the ball, big strength at contact with the ability to drive the ball high and deep when he's squared up, power over hit but the juice is legit. 7.55 runner in the sixty. Has good athleticism for his size behind the plate, comes out of his crouch well, good lower half fundamentals, solid arm strength from a somewhat long release and arm action. Also plays first base and this will be an option if the bat comes. Excellent student, verbal commitment to North Carolina.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
